Volunteer Day

Volunteer Day

Come volunteer on the farm! Projects include forming permanent no-till beds from sod. Be prepared to get dirty. We’ll be utilizing wheelbarrows and rakes to move and rake mulch and compost.

We will start bed prep at 8am and end at around 2pm. Jessi will be giving demos and leading the project. Forming raised beds can be labor intensive and tedious, but very satisfying. Please bring a lunch and water bottle. Extra water bottles will be provided. Work pants and work boots are highly recommended.

Feel free to help for as long or as little as you like. Volunteers will receive a bag of organic, spray free Asian pears to take home from the farm.
