Keep your kitchen stocked with farm-fresh, nourishing vegetables all winter long. Our Winter CSA brings you seven bi-weekly pickups of Adama Farm’s best storage crops — grown with care, harvested at peak flavor, and stored for sweetness all season.

Each pickup is self-serve and designed to be simple and flexible:
bring your own tote bag, fill it up from our CSA table, and stock your pantry with the same vegetables we’re eating on the farm.

What’s Included

A seasonal mix of long-keeping vegetables, such as:
🥕 Carrots
🧅 Onions
🥔 Potatoes
🥬 Cabbage
🌰 Rutabaga
⚪ Purple Top Turnips
🌿 Daikon Radishes
💗 Watermelon Radishes
🍠 Sweet Potatoes

Each pickup includes roughly 12–15 pounds of beyond-organic, no-till produce — enough for cozy soups, roasts, and hearty winter meals.

$400 ÷ 7 = ≈ $57 per pickup

What Members Get Each Pickup

Each pickup = one large tote of winter veggies, self-serve from your CSA table.
You could roughly include:

  • 5 lb carrots

  • 3 lb potatoes

  • 2 lb onions

  • 1 head cabbage or 2 lb root mix (turnips/rutabaga)

  • 2 lb sweet potatoes

  • 1 lb mixed radishes (daikon/watermelon)

That’s roughly 14–15 lb of produce, retailing at $4–5 per lb for local, beyond-organic quality → $60–$70 value per pickup.

So members are essentially paying $57 and receiving $65+ value every time — a nice built-in feeling of abundance and reward.
